Replacement glass is just that - glass❗️ 👎 iPhone flagged screen as ‘unknown part ’ when I asked about it the seller said they used ‘the best’ non-Apple replacement available. Replacement screen not disclosed in listing. Screen freezes and cracked even with a screen saver ❗️ in the second week. My last iPhone lasted 7 years with the same screen saver. Given an opportunity to help, seller refused.

In our messages, you stated that your keys cracked the screen. likely, the screen cracked and caused the issues that you're experiencing with the touch screen. While our devices can have replacement parts, the screen are the highest quality we can get, as Apple does not allow any 3rd party repair team to use replacement parts. Unfortunately, customer damage voids the warranties and we cannot assist. We truly hope you're able to get the phone repaired!

Item delivered on time. Phone is clean, works well and is in fact, in Very Good Condition as advertised. Had a couple of questions that customer service responded to very quickly by email. Overall, very satisfied with my purchase for the price I paid. The only negative issue was the packaging used for shipping, not real substantial for a delicate item like an iPhone but at any rate, no damage that I could see.
I think it was a good buy and still have over a month to return the item if necessary
